About these terms.

This website is run by RAVASEC Ltd (“RAVASEC”, “we”), which makes Naiva and LCM-1. We’re registered in England and Wales under company number 17147742, with our registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at hello@ravasec.com.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

02

Using the website.

You may use this website to find out about Naiva and to get in touch with us. You must not:

  • use it in a way that breaks the law or harms anyone;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
  • test it for security weaknesses, overload it or interfere with how it works;
  • copy or scrape it in bulk, or use it to send unsolicited messages;
  • submit false information, or someone else’s details without their permission.

If you find a security weakness, please tell us at hello@ravasec.com instead of testing further. We’ll reply and keep you updated.

03

The Regulations check.

The Regulations check is for illustration only. It gives a general view of which rules may apply to a robot, based on your answers. We’re not lawyers, and it isn’t legal advice. It doesn’t certify anything or confirm that a robot complies with any law or standard.

Rules and dates change. The dates on this website were checked on 11 October 2026. Don’t rely on the check to make decisions: before you act, check the current law and take advice from a qualified legal professional.

04

Naiva, early access and design partners.

  • Joining the waitlist doesn’t create a contract or guarantee you a place.
  • Applying as a design partner doesn’t commit you or us to anything. Any pilot is agreed separately, in writing.
  • Features, plans, prices and dates on this website describe our current intentions and may change.
  • Product images on this website are renders, not photographs of customers’ robots.
05

Intellectual property.

The content of this website belongs to RAVASEC or our licensors. That includes the text, images and renders, the Naiva and RAVASEC names and logos, and the website’s design. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Please don’t copy, reuse or adapt them for anything else without our written permission.

MuJoCo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, ROS 2 and other third-party names belong to their owners. We use them only to say what Naiva works with. Using them doesn’t mean their owners endorse Naiva.

07

Availability and changes.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this website at any time. We don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of viruses, so please use your own protection.

08

Our liability.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can’t be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

This website is free and provided for general information. If you use it for business, then, as far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content, including the Regulations check. Our total liability to you for any other loss arising from the website is limited to £100.

If you use it as a consumer, we’re only responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

09

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies each time you use the website, so please check it from time to time. When we change it, we update the date at the top.

10

Law and disputes.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you’re a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you’re a consumer in the EU, you keep any protection the law of your country gives you.

If you have a question or complaint about this website, email hello@ravasec.com.
